Labelexpo Asia 2025, a four-day event, recently concluded successfully at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Label printing professionals from around the world gathered at the DMS booth (E4-S21), which became one of the most popular exhibition areas from the first day of the event.

Digital efficiency technologies are transforming the production model of the label and flexible packaging industry. The pain points of traditional hot stamping processes, such as high costs, long lead times, and high minimum order quantities, are readily resolved with digital efficiency technologies. The two core pieces of equipment exhibited by DMS at this event—the 330WD digital hot stamping machine for labels and the 800WP digital hot stamping machine for flexible packaging—became the technological highlights of the exhibition.

The 330WD Digital Hot Stamping Equipment is designed for high-end label production, employing the latest generation of digital inkjet printing technology to achieve both hot stamping and UV coating processes with a single click. It completely eliminates the plate-making step required for traditional hot stamping, truly enabling small-batch customized production with "printing from a single sheet, no plate-making required." Industry applications include: wine labels, shrink sleeve labels, daily chemical labels, cosmetic labels, pharmaceutical labels, washi tape, badges, and grain labels.

The 800WP digital hot stamping machine for flexible packaging features a wide-width design, adaptable to various flexible packaging materials, covering industries such as coffee bags, facial mask bags, tea bags, pet food packaging, and daily chemical products.

In addition to equipment displays, the Demans booth also featured a sample display area. Hundreds of labels and flexible packaging samples utilizing digital efficiency enhancement technology were showcased, comprehensively demonstrating the application results of this technology across various industries and attracting numerous visitors to stop and examine them closely. These samples comprehensively and intuitively demonstrated the outstanding application results of digital efficiency enhancement technology in different industries and products, allowing every visiting customer to witness the quality firsthand and touch the future.
